Terms of service
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of CardCount. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
On this page
Educational service only
CardCount is a blackjack training and simulation product. It does not accept wagers, pay winnings, facilitate real-money gambling, guarantee casino results, or provide legal or financial advice. Simulated bankrolls, wagers, points, XP, and leaderboard scores have no cash value.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify support@cardcount.app if you suspect unauthorized access. References to “we” and “us” in these terms mean the operator of CardCount.
Free practice and paid plans
CardCount currently offers up to 10 free practice decisions per day. The advertised unlimited plan is $9.99 USD per month after a seven-day free trial. Available offers, eligibility, the final price, applicable taxes, trial end, and billing frequency are disclosed at checkout. A subscription starts only when you complete checkout; visiting a page, signing in, or viewing a trial preview does not start a paid plan.
Trial and automatic renewal
When you enroll in a trial subscription, it automatically converts to the paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Your payment method is then charged each billing period until cancellation. Review the checkout details before confirming. We will give advance notice of subscription price changes before they apply to a renewal, with an opportunity to cancel.
Cancellation, refunds, and billing help
Use Account & membership to open the billing portal and cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; the portal shows the date your access ends. Paid access normally continues through the period already paid for. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Signing out, clearing browser data, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. If the portal is unavailable, contact support@cardcount.app for help.
Unless required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable and unused time is not prorated. Contact us about a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, automate play to manipulate rankings, resell access, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit unlawful or abusive display names or support messages. We may remove fraudulent scores and restrict accounts involved in abuse.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and may occasionally interrupt the service for maintenance or security. Training recommendations and casino-rule presets are provided on a best-effort basis and should be independently checked before relying on them.
Intellectual property
CardCount and its original software, design, training materials, and branding are owned by CardCount or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or gambling outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardCount is not responsible for gambling losses, indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made using the training content.
Account closure and your information
You may stop using CardCount at any time and request account closure through support@cardcount.app. Manage any paid subscription separately or include a cancellation request when contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts for serious misuse, security risks, or legal requirements, and provide notice where appropriate. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle practice records, account information, and deletion requests.
Changes and consumer rights
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will identify the current version with the date above and provide notice of material changes where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
